Return Policy: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept ticketed, unworn, unwashed, unopened, & defective free merchandise back within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Merchandise sold on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items like shoes, hats, earrings, or intimates cannot be returned. You will be responsible for the postage to send a return back by mail. All returns will be given store credit on a Bertie & Olif Gift Card.

Jady Gonzales

Jady has been a key part of the Bertie and Olif team for two years and a half and serves as our store manager. She leads front-of-house sales and ensures the boutique is always organized, elevated, and running smoothly. Known for her strong work ethic and dedication, Jady leads by example with confidence and consistency. While naturally quiet, her leadership is powerful proving that strength doesn’t have to be loud.

Chasity Wiloth

Chasity is our store manager and has been part of the boutique family for the past year and brings passion, creativity, and dedication into everything she does. Outgoing, driven, and faith filled, she loves serving both the team and customers while keeping the heart of the boutique running smoothly. From overseeing daily in-store operations and overseeing the managing of the online side of the business, Chasity works behind the scenes to make sure every detail is taken care of and every customer has the best shopping experience possible. Her love for Jesus, strong work ethic, and passion for people shine through in all that she does. We are so blessed to have her on the team.

Kristy Espinoza
